Bob Price Jr., has been active in the home-building business since childhood. His parents Bob Sr., and Faye Price started building homes in 1966. In 1986, Bob Jr., graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering from the University of Southern Mississippi. In 1987 Bob Jr., started his own custom building company. By 1988, he was busy building 5-8 custom homes per year, and is currently building 15-20 new homes per year. Bob Jr., has also diversified the company by doing room additions and remodeling. Energy efficiency and superior quality go into every custom home built. Only the best and innovated products are used.

Bob was the 2006 President of The Homebuilder’s Association of West Florida and has served on the Board of Directors since 1993.

2008 Currently:
Serving on the Escambia County Building Inspection Department advisory board.

A member of The National Association of Home Builders, and a Life Spike Club Member.

A member of the Better Business Bureau. 

2007: Chosen as Builder of the Year by the Homebuilders Association of Northwest Florida for outstanding service to the community and dedication to the homebuilding industry.

2006: Featured in the May/June issue of Builder Architect magazine.

2003: Featured in:
July issue of Contracting Business for winning 2002 Quality Home Comfort Award for new construction up to 4,001 square feet.

September issue of Florida Home Builder Magazine for winning the 2002 Grand Aurora Energy award.
